Event Coordinator

Job Summary The Events Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a variety of member and non-member events that enhance the overall club experience. This role works closely with the Food & Beverage Director and department leaders to ensure seamless event execution, exceptional service, and high member satisfaction. Duties and Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and execute member events including social gatherings and dining events. Assist in coordination of weddings, banquets, and private functions. Responsible for sourcing, coordinating, and securing all entertainment for club events, while cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with vendors to enhance both member and non-member experiences. Uphold and consistently demonstrate the highest standards of professionalism as a representative of the Club. Develop and maintain the club event calendar. Create and distribute Banquet Event Orders (BEOs). Coordinate logistics including setup, décor, entertainment, and vendors. Serve as point of contact for event hosts. Collaborate with culinary and service teams. Manage vendor relationships and contracts. Maintain an active on-site presence at events to ensure seamless execution, exceptional service, and a positive member experience. Assist with seasonal décor. Coordinate event photography and communications. Conduct post-event evaluations. Maintain organized event records. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements and Skills Experience in event coordination or hospitality. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Problem-solving skills. Hospitality or related degree preferred.
