About the role
About MobiCom and YoungClubNet MobiCom owns private club networks that enables access for members of private clubs beyond reciprocity. We are the company behind PrivateClubWorld™, the global private club reciprocity management system, and PlatinumClubNet™, the exclusive network of Platinum Clubs® and their members worldwide. YoungClubNet™ by MobiCom is a plug-and-play network of 900+ private clubs worldwide including golf & country, city, athletic, yacht and social clubs, giving members seamless, real-time access when they travel, without their home club having to establish formal reciprocal arrangements.
Today, when members travel, golf is arranged the way it has always been: personally, pro to pro, through PGA connections and phone calls. It works, but it depends on who you know, and it consumes the golf team's time. YoungClubNet offers access beyond golf while keeping the professional in control: the pro and their team see and approve every access request. They are just no longer doing the chasing.
The role We are looking for a PGA professional, someone who has a Rolodex of head golf professionals and directors of golf already know, trust, and take calls from to lead YoungClubNet's relationships with golf clubs across the United States. This is a peer-to-peer role, not a sales territory. You will introduce YoungClubNet the way the industry actually works: through relationships, section connections, and credibility earned in the golf operation then guide clubs through joining and help their members start travelling. What you will do Build and own relationships with head golf professionals and directors of golf at private clubs, drawing on your PGA Section networkIntroduce YoungClubNet in peer conversations at section meetings and events, chapter gatherings, the PGA Show, and club visitsPresent the member-travel benefit to GMs and club leadership when a conversation escalates beyond the golf operationGuide new clubs through joining YoungClubNet and their first member access requests, staying involved until usage is flowingRepresent the voice of the golf professional back into MobiCom — product, process, and how clubs actually workMaintain a simple pipeline of club relationships and report on activations and member usage Who you are PGA of America Class A member, with 10+ years in business development. You communicate in club language, member experience, service, and retention and you're as comfortable with a GM or a board as in the golf shopYou follow through. In this industry, your reputation is your pipeline What we offer The chance to build the defining member-travel network in private club golf, from a position of industry trustA remote US base with travel that follows the golf calendarCompensation structured around results: competitive base plus performance pay tied to clubs activated and member usage flowing, not meetings bookedA small, founder-led team where this role shapes how the industry adopts YoungClubNet How to apply Apply via LinkedIn with your résumé. In your cover note, tell us two things: the clubs where you've held the head professional or director of golf role, and the Section service or relationships you'd bring to this role in your first 90 days. MobiCom is an equal opportunity employer.
