Responsibilities:
Open and Closing Shop
Booking tee times with Online Software
Communication between other departments - starters, outside services, food & beverage, management
Answering Phones
Checking-in customers, attending to customer needs.
Transactions: merchandise, daily green fees, food & beverage
Merchandising, receiving and taking inventory
Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed
Take accurate daily records
Clean and maintain pro shop and supporting area
Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide exceptional service
