Retail Manager

Position Summary The Golf Course Retail Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of the retail operation at BlackHorse Golf Club. This position owns the overall retail experience, including merchandising, inventory management, product presentation, financial performance, vendor coordination, special orders, and exceptional service to Members and guests. The Retail Manager will work closely with BlackHorse leadership, the golf professional team, and regional and national merchandise teams to execute a retail strategy that reflects the BlackHorse brand. The ideal candidate combines strong retail instincts with exceptional hospitality. This person should understand that the golf shop is more than a place to purchase merchandise. It is an important part of the overall BlackHorse experience. We are looking for someone who takes ownership, brings energy and creativity to the operation, understands the numbers behind a successful retail business, and consistently looks for ways to improve both the presentation and performance of the golf shop.
