This role is essential to maintaining safe, playable, and enjoyable course conditions for our golfers. Experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidates who take pride in their work. Responsibilities: Mow greens, tees, fairways, and rough. Rake and maintain bunkers. Trim, edge, blow, and detail course areas. Assist with course setup and hole changes. Hand-water greens, tees, and stress areas as needed. Repair divots, ball marks, and worn turf. Safely operate mowers, utility vehicles, trimmers, and blowers. Clean and maintain equipment daily. Follow all safety procedures and course standards. Requirements: Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Reliable transportation. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Golf course maintenance experience preferred, but not required.
