This role collaborates with the Senior Equipment Manager to oversee daily shop operations, mentor 13 mechanics, and drive uniform standards for safety, organization, and equipment care across multiple locations. The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in golf course equipment maintenance or a lead role, strong
