Callaway Golf is seeking a seasoned facilities engineer to own building mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and centralized plant systems. You will guide preventive maintenance, reliability improvements, and safety across production, R&D labs, and data centers at our Texas facilities.
You will lead complex troubleshooting, manage CMMS records, coordinate contractors, and drive capital projects, using BMS data and Power BI to optimize energy efficiency and lifecycle costs.
