Pay: $21–$25 per hour (based on experience)
Boulder Country Club is looking for an experienced cook to join our banquet kitchen team. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of diverse cooking techniques, maintains high health and safety standards, and is motivated to jump in at any station whenever needed.
Job Duties
Prepare all food items according to directions, recipes, and presentation standards.
Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
Clean and maintain your workstation throughout the shift.
Assist with the overall cleaning, organization, and restocking of the kitchen and equipment.
Strictly follow all sanitation and food production regulations.
Requirements
Two years of experience working as a line cook.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Professional references and a practical, working interview.
A current food handler certificate (ServSafe certification is preferred).
A strong desire to collaborate as part of a close-knit team.
