HVAC Refrigeration Technician

Requirements Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and commercial refrigeration systemsTroubleshoot and diagnose HVAC/R system issues using schematics, diagnostic tools, and testing equipmentPerform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal system performanceRepair and maintain commercial refrigeration and kitchen equipmentConduct electrical testing and diagnostics using tools such as ohmmeters and other testing equipmentComplete property maintenance tasks related to HVAC systems and equipmentEnsure all installations, repairs, and maintenance activities comply with local codes, safety standards, and regulationsCollaborate with team members, contractors, and vendors to complete projects efficientlyMaintain accurate documentation of work performed, materials used, and maintenance activities Qualifications: Proven experience in HVAC/R installation, maintenance, and repairStrong knowledge of HVAC/R systems, components, and design principlesAbility to read and interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and blueprintsProficiency with industry tools and equipment, including electrical diagnostic tools, welders, and plumbing equipmentExperience with appliance or commercial kitchen equipment repair is a plusExcellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanshipEffective communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients and team membersRelevant HVAC certifications or licenses preferred Benefits & Perks We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support you and your family, while recognizing the hard work and dedication you bring to our team.
