Server Assistant / BusserWest Bend Country Club — West Bend, WI Pay: $12 per hour, plus service-charge earningsWest Bend Country Club is hiring dependable Server Assistants / Bussers to help keep our dining room welcoming, organized, and ready for members. You’ll work closely with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to provide attentive service throughout each shift.What You’ll Do

Prepare tables before service and reset them promptly between parties. Clear dishes discreetly and keep tables neat throughout the meal. Refill water and assist with nonalcoholic beverage service. Keep service stations clean, organized, and stocked. Help servers during busy periods and respond courteously to member requests. Communicate with hosts and teammates to keep service moving smoothly.

What We’re Looking For

Reliable attendance, punctuality, and a willingness to help. Attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean dining room. A friendly, professional attitude. Ability to stay organized and work efficiently during busy service. Evening and weekend availability. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and safely carry trays, dishware, and bus tubs.

Previous restaurant experience is helpful but not required. We’re willing to train someone who is dependable and eager to learn.What We Offer
