## About the Role Troubadour Golf & Field Club, set just outside of Nashville, TN, is looking for a Golf Services Attendant to join our Golf Operations Department. This part-time position is all about ensuring exceptional service to our members and guests, keeping the golf facilities running smoothly. You'll interact with golfers of all skill levels, helping with everything from equipment handling to preparing for their round. Starting pay is $16.00 per hour, and we're hiring multiple part-time folks. ## What You'll Do On the range, you'll greet members as they arrive and depart. During their round, you'll assist with service and promptly respond to any player requests. You'll work alongside the valet team and step in as needed, communicate across departments about member transitions, and keep golf carts stocked with beverages, towels, and other amenities throughout the day. Ensuring carts are staged and ready is key—you'll also keep shuttles, club carts, and personal golf carts clean. Club cleaning (members, guests, and prospects) happens before and after every round, and you always count clubs before storing or sending them back. Daily setup and breakdown of range equipment and amenities falls to you, along with closing duties like removing range furniture, washing golf balls, restocking buckets, cleaning carts (parked in the cart barn), and plugging them into charging stations. You might help out in the Golf Shop as a retail associate if needed. Accurate tracking of daily golf activity is important, and you'll assist with monthly inventory counts. If you're qualified and the Director of Golf requests it, there's an opportunity to provide caddie services. You'll attend department meetings and trainings, plus any other duties that come up. ## What We're Looking For A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, and previous customer service experience—especially in hospitality or golf—is a plus. Knowledge of golf etiquette, rules, and terminology is nice but not required. You should have a positive attitude, professional demeanor, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills to serve members, guests, and team members. You must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays—long hours may be needed based on business demands. Teamwork is essential, and you need to stay calm and focused during busy times. You should be able to read, write, speak, and understand English; additional languages are a plus.
