<p>The Golf Services Attendant will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service to our guests and maintaining the smooth operation of the golf facilities. The Golf Services Attendant will interact with members and their guests of all skill levels and provide assistance with various aspects of their experience, from equipment handling to preparing for their round of golf. In this role, you will be part of creating the Discovery Land Company experience for our members and fellow employees.</p>
<p>Key Responsibilities</p>
<p>· Greet members upon arrival and departure on the range.</p>
<p>· Assist with service during their round and promptly respond to any player requests.</p>
<p>· Work in conjunction with valet team and assist as needed.</p>
<p>· Communicate with departments regarding members transitioning through property.</p>
<p>· Stock and restock golf carts with beverages, towels, and any other amenities as needed throughout the day.</p>
<p>· Ensure an adequate number of carts are staged and ready for use at all times.</p>
<p>· Maintain clean club carts, and personal golf carts throughout the day.</p>
<p>· Clean all players clubs (to include members, guests, and prospects) before and after each round and carry their golf bag.</p>
<p>· Always count clubs prior to putting them in storage or sending back to the valet area.</p>
<p>· Complete daily set-up/breakdown of all range equipment, amenities, and activities.</p>
<p>· Fully stock amenities on and around the practice facility.</p>
<p>· Supervise the short game area and putting course – clean pick as needed.</p>
<p>· Closing duties to include but not limited to removing range furniture, washing golf balls, restocking buckets, etc.</p>
<p>· Clean, detail and stock carts in fleet of 60+ vehicles (prior to parking in cart barn), plug all carts into a charging station. Stage golf carts at the Valet and the Practice Facility.</p>
<p>· Engage members and guests for the 18th Hole experience after their round.</p>
<p>· Assist in the Golf Shop as a retail associate as requested.</p>
<p>· Opportunity to provide caddie services if qualified and requested by the Director of Golf.</p>
<p>· Attend morning/afternoon department meetings and trainings as necessary.</p>
<p>· Any other duties as assigned.</p>
