Junior clinics are groups of 3 and run on Tuesday early evenings. Responsibilities Support golf instruction sessions, including lessons for beginners and advanced players, utilizing your teaching skills to improve their game Help organize tournaments, events, and daily course activities to promote engagement and fun Maintain the cleanliness and organization of our sim room Collaborate with team members to uphold course policies, behavior management protocols, and safety procedures Requirements Previous experience in a customer service or sports coaching role Passion for golf with a strong understanding of the game’s rules and etiquette Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people, including children and adults Ability to manage behavior positively and foster a welcoming environment for players of all ages Knowledge of health club or gym operations is beneficial but not required Enthusiastic team player with a proactive attitude eager to learn and grow within the golf industry Join us in creating memorable moments on the virtual course!
