Floor Leader – Restaurant & Bar Operations

The Washington Duke Inn & Golf Club seeks a Restaurant Supervisor to lead daily operations across our restaurant, Bull Durham Bar, and in-room dining. You will supervise on the floor, ensure warm, attentive service, and coach team members to meet service standards.

Ideal candidates bring at least one year of restaurant or F&B supervision, strong communication, and a hands-on leadership style, with flexibility for varied shifts in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
