Executive Chef/Kitchen Manager

Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and passionate, highly skilled and professionally trained, Chef to lead our culinary team in creating exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, demonstrating expertise in culinary techniques and a flair for innovative menu planning. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations and staff, ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and cleanliness, while fostering a positive and productive team work environment.

Duties

Lead by example and manage the kitchen team to deliver high-quality dishes consistently.Develop and design creative menus that reflect current food trends and customer preferences.Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency.Implement and maintain kitchen management systems to optimize workflow.Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling food costs effectively.Train, mentor, and evaluate kitchen staff to enhance their culinary skills and performance.Ensure compliance with health regulations and safety standards within the kitchen.Collaborate with F&B Manager to create cohesive team work between the FOH and BOH, ensuring positive dining experiences for our members and guests.Experience

Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar leadership role within the restaurant or culinary industry.Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety practices, and kitchen management.Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in team management and shift management.Proficient in menu planning with an emphasis on creativity and seasonal ingredients.Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with staff, vendors, and guests.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.Join us as we strive for excellence in every dish served!

Pay: $60,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
