Golf Course Maintenance

Job Title: Golf Course Maintenance Crew Member Overview: We’re looking for a hardworking, dependable individual to join our Golf Course Maintenance team. This role is critical to keeping the course in great condition and providing a quality experience for our members. If you enjoy working outdoors, being part of a team, and working with your hands, this could be a great opportunity to gain experience in turf management. Anyone with a turf management background is strongly encouraged to apply, though this is also a great opportunity for someone interested in entering the field. We will be completing a full golf course renovation beginning in 2027. Pay range is based on experience in golf course maintenance. Responsibilities: Perform daily course preparation including mowing greens, tees, fairways, and roughs. Operate a variety of equipment including riding mowers, push mowers, weedeaters, blowers, and utility vehicles. Rake and maintain bunkers, and help with course setup by changing cups and moving tee markers. Assist with landscape tasks around the clubhouse, practice areas, and cart paths. Clean and care for tools, equipment, and workspaces. Follow direction and work with the team to complete projects safely and efficiently. The right candidate will have opportunities to take on more advanced responsibilities, including applying pesticides and fertilizers, hand watering, running large equipment and leading small crews on various projects. Qualifications: Experience with landscaping or grounds maintenance is a plus, but not required — we’re happy to train the right person. Able to safely operate or learn to operate weedeaters, mowers, and other power tools. Must be on time, dependable, and able to work early mornings, some weekends, and holidays. Physically fit enough to lift 50 lbs, walk long distances, and stay active for the duration of a shift. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Comfortable working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold, and rain.
