Golf Course Maintenance

Job Title: Golf Course Maintenance Crew Member Overview: We’re looking for a hardworking, dependable individual to join our Golf Course Maintenance team. This role is critical to keeping the course in great condition and providing a quality experience for our members. If you enjoy working outdoors, being part of a team, and working with your hands, this could be a great opportunity to gain experience in turf management. Anyone with a turf management background is strongly encouraged to apply, though this is also a great opportunity for someone interested in entering the field. We will be completing a full golf course renovation beginning in 2027. Pay range is based on experience in golf course maintenance. Responsibilities: • Perform daily course preparation, including mowing greens, tees, fairways, and roughs • Operate a variety of equipment, including riding mowers, push mowers, weedeaters, blowers, and utility vehicles • Rake and maintain bunkers, and assist with course setup by changing cups and moving tee markers • Assist with landscaping tasks around the clubhouse, practice areas, and cart paths • Clean and care for tools, equipment, and workspaces • Follow direction and work with the team to complete projects safely and efficiently • The right candidate will have opportunities to take on more advanced responsibilities, including applying pesticides and fertilizers, hand watering, operating larger equipment, and leading small crews on various projects Qualifications: • Experience with landscaping or grounds maintenance is a plus, but not required — we’re happy to train the right person • Ability to safely operate (or learn to operate) weedeaters, mowers, and other power tools • Must be dependable, on time, and able to work early mornings, weekends, and some holidays • Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, walking long distances, and staying active throughout the shift • Positive attitude and strong work ethic • Comfortable working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold, and rain Pay: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Employee discount • Health insurance • Life insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Work Location: In person
