Back Creek Golf Club is looking for an enthusiastic Tavern Bartender/Server to join our team! Whether our guests are grabbing a meal after a long round of golf, meeting friends for drinks, or going out for date night, help create memorable experiences for all of our visitors by providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
Maintain a professional appearance at all times
Provide prompt and efficient customer service
Display knowledge of the Tavern menu
Take guests food and/or drink orders and accurately import them to computer
Serve beverages and prepared meals to guests in an accurate and timely manner
Adhere to sanitation, safety and alcohol beverage control policies including confirming legal drinking age and the discontinuing service to intoxicated guests
Checks back to ensure guest (satisfaction; replenishes items as necessary and/or requested
Handles all cash and/or credit cards for payment
Keeps tables, dining room and work station(s) sanitized and organized
Listen and respond to customer complaints
Performs clean-up and closing procedures as assigned by manager
Perform other duties as assigned
Working Conditions:
Employee must be able to lift/handle up to 20 lbs. occasionally
Work extended hours during golf and holiday season
Work weekends and holidays
Physical activity including long periods of standing, walking, bending,
Operate food service equipment and clean food service areas
Fast paced high traffic areas with a moderate to loud noise level
