Outside Golf Operations Coordinator

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Outside Golf Operations Coordinator to lead the day-to-day management of our outdoor golf facilities. In this role, you will oversee the golf staff to ensure smooth operations on the course and surrounding areas. Your enthusiasm for hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and ability to manage multiple responsibilities will help create memorable experiences for our guests. Responsibilities Coordinate and oversee daily golf operations to ensure a seamless guest experience from arrival to departure Manage guest services by addressing inquiries, resolving conflicts, and providing exceptional hospitality at all points Work with Outing Coordinator to execute special events such as tournaments, outings, and special activities, ensuring everything runs smoothly Supervise outdoor staff and volunteers, providing guidance on customer service standards and safety protocols (#1 with this position!) Maintain safety standards by monitoring course conditions, enforcing rules, and managing guest conduct to prevent conflict Scheduling outside staff month to month (starters, rangers, cart staff, range staff, etc.) Documenting golf cart issues and repairs needed. Overseeing the driving range to make sure all related tasks are completed. Training new staff ensuring proper guest treatment is always number 1. Requirements Experience overseeing various staff members Strong conflict management skills with the ability to handle guest concerns professionally and effectively Excellent customer service and guest relations skills to create welcoming atmospheres for diverse audiences Ability to work with various individuals to help make all guests of the course feel welcomed.
