Responsibilities • Safely operate and maintain golf carts, ensuring they are clean, charged, and ready for use at all times • Greet guests warmly upon arrival, assist with cart assignments, and provide directions around the course • Manage cash handling for rental fees and merchandise transactions accurately and securely • Support event management activities such as tournaments or special outings by coordinating cart logistics • Resolve guest concerns promptly with professionalism, demonstrating conflict management skills when needed • Assist with guest services including providing information about the course, amenities, and upcoming events • Maintain cleanliness and organization of cart storage areas while adhering to safety protocols Skills • Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that enhances guest experiences • Experience in events management or coordinating group activities is a plus • Ability to handle conflicts diplomatically and professionally in fast-paced situations • Excellent communication skills for public speaking or providing clear directions to guests • Basic food service or hospitality experience beneficial for supporting resort operations • Lifeguard experience or working with children helpful for engaging diverse guest groups • Knowledge of theater or public speaking can enhance your ability to interact confidently with guests and team members Join us as a Cart Attendant and become a vital part of creating an enjoyable, seamless golf experience!
