The Cleveland Metroparks Golf Shop Attendant will operate a point-of-sale system to sell merchandise, greens fees, and food and beverage at our Newburgh Heights facility. You will handle cash transactions and assist guests with merchandise selection while delivering outstanding customer service.
You will receive and resolve visitors’ complaints, inform supervisors of unresolved issues, and help maintain a safe, welcoming environment for guests and staff.
