Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service to enhance their visit experience
Manage retail sales by processing cash and card transactions accurately through POS (Point of Sale) systems
Assist with equipment rentals, ensuring proper handling and safety protocols are followed
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the shop, including merchandise displays and rental areas
Support event management activities such as tournaments or group outings, coordinating logistics and guest needs
Handle guest inquiries professionally, offering information about golf courses, amenities, and local attractions
Ensure safety procedures are adhered to during all operations, including manual handling and outdoor activities
Qualifications
Previous experience in retail sales or hospitality is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are essential
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and operate POS systems efficiently
Experience working outdoors or in active environments is advantageous
Knowledge of safety protocols, including first aid and CPR certification, is a plus
Ability to lift heavy items safely and perform manual handling tasks as needed
Age of 21+ is perk
