Bar Manager The Country Club of Sioux Falls is seeking a creative, motivated, energetic and dependable individual to be a Bar Manager. Duties include Management, training and professional development of all BartendersAssure a high standard of appearance, hospitality and cleanliness of all Club House facilitiesResolve conflict with Members and StaffDevelop and implement cocktail programs to increase revenuesManage within budgetary guidelinesHealth and safety code complianceTIPS or TAM CertificationOpening and closing of ClubhouseAssist with beverage programs in banquets, golf course, pool and clubhouseHelp control labor and beverage costsMaintains Professional appearanceNights and Weekends are requiredAbility to work 8+ hour shiftExperience in hospitality field is preferred. Flexible hours are required. Must be a team player and possess excellent communication skills and extreme energy.
