Job Description Arrowhead Golf Course Bar & Grill is looking for a dependable and motivated Cook to join our kitchen team. We are seeking someone who takes pride in preparing quality food, works well with others, and can stay organized and efficient in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have previous cooking or kitchen experience, a strong work ethic, and a team-oriented attitude. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards Complete food preparation and prep work before and during service Ensure orders are prepared accurately and in a timely manner Maintain proper food quality, portioning, and presentation Keep kitchen stations clean, organized, and properly stocked Follow food safety, sanitation, and proper food-handling procedures Communicate effectively with servers, bartenders, and other kitchen staff Assist with receiving, stocking, and rotating food and kitchen supplies Complete opening and closing kitchen duties Help maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment Assist other team members as needed during busy periods Qualifications Previous cooking, line cook, or kitchen experience preferred Basic understanding of food preparation and kitchen safety Dependable and punctual Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to stay organized and efficient during busy periods Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Ability to communicate and work effectively as part of a team Willingness to learn and take direction Ability to stand for extended periods and perform normal kitchen duties Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays as needed What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking, and a team player.
