Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Part-Time Facilities & Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining our club's building, grounds, and equipment. This is a part-time position offering flexible hours for someone who takes pride in keeping facilities functional and looking their best.
Responsibilities
Perform general maintenance and repairs throughout the property
Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, or HVAC issues within your scope of expertise
Complete preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment
Assist with general property upkeep, including minor landscaping or exterior maintenance
Support supervising staff in daily maintenance operations while demonstrating leadership in safety practices.
Pool maintenance experience is a plus but not required
Coordinate with outside contractors when specialized repairs are needed
Qualifications
Certification, license, or significant experience in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical required (experience in more than one trade is a plus)
General knowledge of building maintenance and repair
Ability to diagnosis problems and work independently
Physical ability to perform manual tasks such as lifting heavy objects, climbing ladders, or working in confined spaces.
A proactive attitude with a focus on safety standards and customer service excellence in maintaining a clean, safe environment.

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
