Retail Operations Assistant

The Golf Club at Lansdowne is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and creative Part-Time Retail Operations Assistant to work directly with the Director of Retail. This is primarily a behind-the-scenes retail position, not a traditional sales floor role. The position will focus on receiving and processing merchandise, visual merchandising, inventory organization, vendor communication, and supporting our growing corporate, tournament, and golf outing business. We are looking for a true assistant who, once trained, can work independently, recognize what needs attention, prioritize responsibilities, and take ownership without requiring daily direction. $20/hour | 20–30 hours per week | Flexible scheduling Availability to work one weekend day per week is required.
