About the Role
Citrus Hills Golf & Country Club is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in overseeing all club daily operations and ensuring an exceptional experience for our members. The ideal candidate will have a strong private club or hospitality management background, a hands-on leadership style, and a passion for delivering top-tier service.

· 5-7 years of leadership experience in a private club, hotel or hospitality setting preferred.
Primary Responsibilities
· Oversee the club's daily operations, ensuring all amenities and services run smoothly.
· Commitment to elevating and activating our club membership experience.
· Maintain a strong and visible presence with members and staff, ensuring proactive engagement.
· Address member inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly and professionally.
· Work closely with managers across departments, including to ensure seamless operations.
· Meet with vendors and service providers to ensure high-quality service and efficient operations.
· Assist in facility maintenance planning, ensuring the club’s grounds and amenities remain in pristine condition.
· Forecast maintenance needs and long-term improvements.
· Ensure compliance with safety, security, and emergency protocols throughout the club.
Work Schedule
This is a full-time, in-person position.
