About the Role
Landscapes Golf Management and Winchester Country Club are seeking Bartenders and Servers for the upcoming golf season. Ideal candidates will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a desire to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. To learn more about Winchester Country Club visit wcc1923.Attends to the service needs of club patrons in the bar area, dining room, and event area including food and beverage service. Maintains the stock and cleanliness of the bar area, dining room and event areas.
Attends Responsible Alcohol and Tobacco Service training and adheres to the Responsible Alcohol and Tobacco Service policy.
• Prepares and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to bar patrons. Checks customers’ identification and confirms it meets legal drinking age.
• Records drink orders accurately and immediately after receipt into register system.
• Takes food orders, records food orders into register system and delivers orders to bar patrons.
• Maintains the stock in the bar and the cleanliness of the area. Arrange bottles and glasses in an attractive and functional manner to support efficient drink preparation and promotion of beverages.
• Cleans glasses, utensils, and bar equipment per company guidelines and health department requirements.
• Prepares garnishes for drinks and replenishes snacks, appetizers for bar patrons.
• Communicates low stock items to the food and beverage manager as appropriate.
• Reports all equipment problems and bar maintenance issues to company management.
• Attempt to limit problems and liability related to customers’ excessing drinking by following company procedures.
• Demonstrates a commitment to the work and success of the club and the Company by being service- and solution-oriented, having positive interactions with all club staff and members/guests, and meeting established quality, service and safety expectations.
• Performs additional assignments per the direction of club or Company managers.
• Regular and punctual attendance on site for all scheduled shifts is required.
• Will be required to work the dining room and with events.

• Must have the ability to deliver a high level of customer service while working under pressure.
• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous experience in food service/bartending preferred.
• Responsible Alcohol and Tobacco training and/or certificate

Dexterity: utilizing phone, typing, and writing 0-24%
