Grounds Maintenance

Eagle Eye, Hawk Hollow, and Timber Ridge are Mid-Michigan’s premier championship golf courses, banquet, wedding, and conference facilities. We seek responsible grounds staff to join our team to provide our guests with outstanding golf and social experiences. Grounds Maintenance Position: Part of a team responsible for professional grounds maintenance for our golf courses and clubhouse areas. If you have experience in landscaping, grounds maintenance, a great work ethic, and an eye for detail, please apply! Requirements and Qualifications: Perform a multitude of tasks required to maintain the golf course and property. Ongoing mowing and course conditioning. Ability to work a seasonal position, usually from April through early November. Flexibility with shift start times, fluctuate based on daylight hours through the season, with mid-summer days beginning at 5:30-6:00 am. Candidates should maintain a positive attitude, be detail oriented, and dedicated. Ability to work efficiently and independently, as a part of a small team. Experience is helpful, but not mandatory, training will be provided for all job tasks.
