Position Overview

LBI National Golf & Resort is hiring an experienced Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to join its leadership team. This is not a standalone restaurant management role — it's a chance to help run a dynamic hospitality operation spanning golf, dining, weddings, events, beverage, and resort experiences.

Food & Beverage sits at the heart of the guest experience at LBI National. The Assistant F&B Manager will lead a talented team, help shape the F&B program, and make a real impact across a one-of-a-kind resort environment. The ideal candidate is ready to move beyond managing a single restaurant and wants to be part of something bigger.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop the Food & Beverage teamOversee daily restaurant and golf concession operationsHelp execute weddings, banquets, golf outings, and special eventsManage beverage purchasing, inventory, and vendor relationshipsDrive food, beverage, and labor cost controlsDevelop service standards that create memorable guest experiencesWork closely with culinary, banquet, golf, sales, and resort leadershipTroubleshoot challenges and keep operations running smoothlyHelp grow and elevate the overall Food & Beverage programQualifications

2+ years of F&B, restaurant, banquet, hotel, golf club, or resort management experienceStrong leadership and communication skillsExperience supervising and developing hourly employeesFood, wine, beer, and spirits knowledgeInventory management and purchasing experience preferredStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsAbility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak event periodsA genuine passion for hospitality and exceptional guest serviceWhy LBI National
