Assistant Superintendent

The Assistant Superintendent position is a key leadership role in the golf course management team, responsible for overseeing and executing all aspects of turf management to meet the high-end expectations of a private golf course. This role requires a seasoned turf manager with demonstrated experience in leading a crew effectively and efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of turf care practices, irrigation control, and maintenance techniques. As the Assistant Superintendent, you will work closely with the Golf Course Superintendent to develop and implement turf management programs, monitor and adjust irrigation schedules, and ensure the overall health and aesthetics of the golf course.

You will also play a vital role in managing resources, training crew members, and ensuring compliance with environmental standards and regulations.
