Responsibility of this part-time 15-35 hours per week position is to greet the public, accept payment for product and services and inform golfers to course policy and procedures.
Provide outstanding customer service to the golfing publicCheck golfers into the point of sale systemBe responsible for sales of golf merchandise and food and beverage itemsBe responsible for clubhouse appearance and areas surrounding the golf shopEnsure golf carts are ready for players and maintained in a clean mannerStart golfers onto the course, monitoring course pace of playEnforce golf course rules and regulations and additional duties as assignedEnsures driving range is stocked, cleaned and preparedAbility to learn computerized point-of-sale systemAbility to uphold course policy and procedures in a firm, consistent mannerAbility to communicate effectively with customers and employeesKnowledge of the game of golf and golf equipmentMust be willing to work some of the following: early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidaysMust have reliable transportation to and from workMust be punctual for all work shiftsMust be professional in appearance
