Duties Safely operate and maintain golf carts, ensuring they are clean, charged, and ready for guest use Greet guests warmly, assist with cart rentals. Manage guest inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm, enhancing their overall experience. Assist with event management support during tournaments or special occasions on the course Support guest services by providing directions, answering questions, and facilitating smooth transportation flow Staging of golf carts for daily usage by guests. Keeping a organized and clean work environment Qualifications Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or golf course environments is highly desirable Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with diverse guests Ability to handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting (e.g., loading/unloading carts or equipment) safely and efficiently This role offers an energetic environment where your proactive attitude and dedication to excellent service will shine.
