Bar Manager

Immediate Opening We are seeking an energetic, dependable, and experienced Bar Manager to join our team immediately. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys leading a team, and takes pride in creating an exceptional experience for guests and members. Responsibilities Create and manage staff schedules Place and manage beverage and bar supply orders Maintain inventory and oversee tip-related items and procedures Ensure the bar remains clean, organized, stocked, and operating efficiently Foster positive relationships with bartenders, servers, and staff Lead by example and maintain high standards of service Assist with cocktail features, promotions, and creative beverage offerings Address operational issues quickly and professionally Qualifications Must be 21 years of age or older Previous bartending experience required Previous management or supervisory experience preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Dependable, responsible, and self-motivated Creative mindset with a passion for hospitality Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent customer service skills Ability to think quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment Strong leadership skills and ability to work well with a team What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is more than just a great bartender—we want a leader who can keep the bar running smoothly, inspire the team, and help create a welcoming atmosphere for our members and guests.
