You’ll be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items in a fast-paced outdoor environment, ensuring high food quality and excellent guest service. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys summer vibes, working in the open air, and being part of a fun team.RequirementsKey Responsibilities:Prepare and cook menu items to order, following recipes and presentation standardsMaintain a clean and organized workstation in accordance with health and safety regulationsAssist with prep work, inventory management, and restockingCommunicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staffEnsure all food leaving the kitchen is fresh, hot, and well-presentedOperate grills, fryers, and other kitchen equipment safely and efficientlyFollow opening and closing procedures for the kitchen dailyContribute to a positive and team-focused atmosphereQualifications:Prior kitchen or line cook experience preferred, especially in fast-casual or outdoor settingsFood Handler’s Certificate (or willingness to obtain upon hire)Ability to work in a hot, fast-paced environmentStrong time management and multitasking skillsDependable, with a strong work ethic and positive attitudeMust be available to work weekends and holidays throughout the summer seasonDependable means of transportation to work locationAble to lift up to 50 pounds individually
