Key ResponsibilitiesInstruction & Player DevelopmentDeliver individual and group golf lessons for players of all skill levels, from beginners to advancedDesign and lead junior golf programs, clinics, and campsHelp develop and promote instructional packages and lesson programsGolf Shop OperationsAssist with daily golf shop operations, including opening/closing proceduresProvide friendly, knowledgeable customer service to members and guestsManage point-of-sale transactions, merchandise displays, and inventoryHandle tee time bookings, tournament sign-ups, and member inquiriesCustomer Service & CultureGreet all members and guests warmly, creating a positive first impressionFoster a fun, welcoming, and professional environment for staff and patronsResolve customer concerns promptly and professionallySupport a collaborative, upbeat team culture within the golf operations staffTournament & Event SupportAssist in organizing and running golf tournaments and eventsSupport outing coordination, scoring, and pace-of-play managementQualificationsPGA/LPGA Associate or Member (or actively pursuing certification) preferredPrior experience teaching golf lessons to a range of skill levelsPrevious experience working in a golf shop or retail environmentStrong communication and interpersonal skillsCustomer-service mindset with a positive, team-oriented attitudeAbility to work weekends, holidays, and flexible hours as neededProficiency with golf shop POS systems and tee sheet software a plusWhat We OfferCompetitive hourly pay plus lesson revenue sharePlaying privileges and practice facility accessStaff merchandise discountsOpportunities for professional development and PGA/LPGA certification support
