We are seeking an enthusiastic, experienced, and engaging Head Platform Tennis & Pickleball Professional to lead and continue growing our successful platform tennis and pickleball programs. This position may be offered as full-time or seasonal depending on the experience and availability of the selected candidate.

Lead all aspects of the Platform Tennis and Pickleball programs.Develop leagues, clinics, instructional programs, tournaments, championships, and social events.Coordinate platform tennis and pickleball league teams, working closely with team captains.Teach private, semi-private, group lessons, clinics, cardio, juniors, and team practices.Recruit, retain, and engage members through exceptional programming and service.Organize local, regional, and national platform tennis and pickleball events.Support tennis and squash programming when needed.Assist with racquet shop operations, merchandising, and member communications.Maintain a welcoming, energetic, and professional atmosphere.Work evenings and weekends based on platform tennis and pickleball programming and seasonal needs.QUALIFICATIONS

APTA, RSPA, PTR, PPR, or equivalent professional certification preferred.Strong competitive platform tennis and/or pickleball background preferred.Experience leading platform tennis and pickleball programming, leagues, tournaments, and member events.Experience teaching additional racquet sports, including tennis and/or squash, is highly desirable.Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.Self-motivated with a passion for creating exceptional member experiences.COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
