Front Desk Associate (Overnight)

Part-time Description Saucon Valley Country Club, a premier private club located in the heart of the Lehigh Valley, is seeking a friendly, professional, and service-oriented Front Desk Associate to join our team at the historic Weyhill Guest House. This beautiful and tranquil inn offers a unique guest experience on the grounds of one of America’s most prestigious country clubs. Hours: Overnight Shift 10:30 p.m. - 6:30 a.m. Position Overview: As a Front Desk Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our members and guests, providing warm hospitality and seamless service during check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine desire to exceed expectations. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist guests upon arrival and throughout their stay Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately Provide information about club amenities and local attractions Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Handle any guest concerns with professionalism Join our team and help create memorable experiences for our members and their guests in one of Pennsylvania’s most iconic country club settings.
