Front Desk Associate Afternoon/Evening Shift

Saucon Valley Country Club, a premier private club located in the heart of the Lehigh Valley, is seeking a friendly, professional, and service-oriented Front Desk Associate to join our team at the historic Weyhill Guest House . This beautiful and tranquil inn offers a unique guest experience on the grounds of one of America's most prestigious country clubs. Hours: Shift 2:15 p.m. - 10:30 p.m. Position Overview: As a Front Desk Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our members and guests, providing warm hospitality and seamless service during check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine desire to exceed expectations. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist guests upon arrival and throughout their stay

Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately

Provide information about club amenities and local attractions

Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction

Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Handle any guest concerns with professionalism
