We are looking for bright and focused individuals who want to bring their serving skills to a new environment! Being a Banquet Server at a country club is a fun and exciting job to have. Ideal for students and those looking for a part-time job with a flexible schedule!
Limited availability is fine as long as it includes weekends. This is a great first serving job.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Timely set-up and take-down of each event.
Greet members and guests upon arrival and assist with seating
Serve appropriate food and drinks to guests. Take orders as needed.
Server side work as instructed by banquet captain or managers.
Customer Service – excellent listening and communication skills.
Team player.
Keep neat and clean appearance at all times.
Communicate any areas of need, problems, and concerns from guest to Director of Events.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Attention to detail.
Must be able to speak, read and write English fluently.
Must be willing to follow directions and abide by the decisions of supervisors in the course of daily work.
Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50lbs.
EDUCATION:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
Previous serving experience not required, but preferred.
Bartending experience is a plus.
Excellent oral communication skills required.
Positive interpersonal skills required.
