*SUMMARY**
Woodland Golf Club has been serving its private members since 1896. We range from casual dining to fine dining, to private events. Woodland is a very family-oriented and warm place to work. **We are seeking part-time Banquet Servers who can work weekday and weekend shifts. Employees must provide members and their guests with prompt, friendly and attentive service. Customer service experience is preferred, but not necessary. We are willing to train the right candidate.**
*ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**Assist with completing the set up and breakdown of event spaceMaintain a clean and stocked banquet wait stationServe all patrons in a friendly and positive mannerMaintain composure in a fast-paced environmentProtect establishment and patrons by constant adherence to safety and sanitation protocolsRelay food and beverage orders as well as informing the kitchen of any allergies or dietary restrictionsRespond urgently and appropriately to any patron concernsMaintain constant professionalism in terms of appearance and mannerisms*SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**No prior experience necessaryAbility to lift 20 pounds or more and remain comfortable on their feet for the duration of their shiftExceptional time management skills and successful at prioritizing tasksExcellent attention to quality and detailPositive attitude and ability to work sufficiently as a member on a teamEffective written and verbal communication skillsAbility to follow verbal directions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment*SCHEDULING AND BENEFITS**Flexible scheduling with minimal mandatory datesUniforms and employee meals includedScholarship opportunities availableLocated next to Lasell College, near MassBay Community College, and we are accessible by public transportation, located right across the street from the Woodland Station on the Green Line.
