Do you love being outside, driving big equipment, and making things look awesome? Join the grounds crew at Hastings Golf Club and help keep all 18 holes looking tournament-ready.
Mowing fairways at sunrise, setting cups, raking bunkers, fixing ball marks, mastering the art of perfectly straight mowing lines (yes, it’s oddly satisfying) are all a part of this role.
What You’ll Do (based on abilitities)
Mow greens, tees, fairways, and rough
Rake bunkers
Set tee markers and cups
Help with watering, landscaping, and course setup
Operate golf course equipment and utility vehicles
Keep the course clean, safe, and beautiful
Work as part of a fun, hardworking crew
Occasionally wave at golfers who think you control the weather

Ability to work independently and with a team
Experience is great, but we can train the right person
