Grounds Crew Member

*Position Overview** A private golf course in Northern Minnesota is seeking a dependable and hardworking **Golf Course Maintenance Worker** to join our grounds crew. This position plays a key role in maintaining the high-quality playing conditions and overall appearance of the course. Ideal candidates enjoy working outdoors, take pride in their work, and can operate as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. *Primary Responsibilities**Mow greens, tees, fairways, and rough using specialized equipmentRake bunkers and maintain sand trapsOperate various turf maintenance equipment (mowers, trimmers, utility vehicles, etc.)Perform course setup including changing cups, tee markers, and signageMaintain landscaping areas including trimming, edging, and debris removalAssist with general course projects and repairs as neededFollow all safety procedures and equipment guidelines*Qualifications**Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditionsStrong work ethic and attention to detailAbility to work early morning shifts (typically starting around sunrise)Ability to lift 40+ lbs and perform physical laborReliable transportation and punctual attendance*What We Offer**Competitive hourly payBeautiful outdoor work environmentSupportive team atmosphereOpportunity to learn turf management and equipment operationGolf privileges may be available for employees Pay: $17.50 - $25.00 per hour Benefits Employee discount Work Location: In person
