We're seeking a Golf Course Maintenance Laborer to join our team, where you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the quality and appearance of our golf courses. As a Golf Course Maintenance Laborer, you'll be responsible for performing routine manual tasks to ensure a clean and safe environment for players. **Responsibilities**
* Perform routine manual labor involved in golf course maintenance
* Mow greens, tees, collars
* Rake and maintain sand bunkers
* Edge cart paths, bunkers, sprinkler heads, and drains
* Operate light equipment in hauling materials and removing debris
* Assist in the construction of new greens, tees, and fairways by grading, preparing soil, and planting
**Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Prior experience in golf course maintenance or landscaping preferred
* Demonstrated experience in providing excellent customer service
* Familiarity with operating light equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and utility vehicles
* Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently with minimal supervision
* Strong Relational Skills, Thoroughness and Attention to Detail, Excellent and Attentive Customer Service, and Resourcefulness are required
