Position Overview
This role supports the Member Services Lead and is responsible for coordinating bookings, managing communications, and ensuring a seamless experience for members and partner clubs. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings strong hospitality or front desk experience.
Responsibilities
Answer phone calls, emails, and work directly with members for all tee-time bookings.Build and maintain strong relationships with members and partner clubsManage and update booking systems, calendars, and club inventoryMaintain the Eligo app with member games, club information, and communicationsRun monthly reports to track play usage and support planningCoordinate pre-set tee times and internal club calendarsFacilitate all member and partner club requests, including concierge servicesManage member communications, including bookings, events, and notificationsServe as liaison between members and private clubs to coordinate tee timesOwn the end-to-end tee-time booking processProcess new member onboarding and maintain accurate system recordsCoordinate member gifting, including inventory, ordering, and shippingSchedule and deliver new member orientationsCollaborate with team members across departments to support operationsAttend select member events and social functions as neededMaintain confidentiality and professionalism at all timesMaintain a team rotation schedule aligned with business hours and operational needsPerform additional duties as needed in line with the responsibilities of the roleQualifications
3 - 5 years of experience in hospitality, front desk, customer service, or golf-related rolesRequired: Knowledge of the golf industryStrong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Experience with booking systems or scheduling softwareExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsHighly organized with strong multitasking abilityProactive, detail-oriented, and dependableSolution-oriented mindsetAbility to work both independently and collaborativelyCompensation
Total Compensation Package: Range between $50,000 - $60,000 annually (based on experience)Candidates with strong golf industry experience may be considered toward the higher end of the range.Compensation includes base salary plus performance-based bonus opportunityExpected hours : Full-Time schedule (Monday-Friday + rotating weekend shifts)Benefits : PTO, Medical, Dental, VisionPay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
