Responsibilities
Customer Service: - Greet and check-in patrons for virtual golf simulators.
- Ensure overall customer satisfaction by providing excellent service
and addressing any issues promptly.
Food and Beverage Service: - Prepare a variety of drinks, including alcoholic beverages and
cocktails.
- Basic food prep and garnishing.
- Serve food and drinks, including alcoholic beverages.
- Manage orders and ensure timely delivery of food and drinks.
Facility Maintenance: - Maintain cleanliness of facilities, including simulators, dining areas,
and restrooms.
- Assist with equipment maintenance and troubleshooting issues with
golf simulators.
- Perform janitorial duties such as mopping, cleaning surfaces, and deep
cleaning.
Operational Support: - Oversee golf simulators and manage simulator bay tee time
scheduling.
- Assist with events and parties hosted at the facility.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth
operations and high-quality service.
Requirements
Age: Preferred 21+, but must be at least 18 years old to serve alcohol (will need to have or get a server's permit) Experience: Previous experience in customer service or food and beverage is preferred, but not required.
Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move around the facility as needed.
Basic Knowledge: Familiarity with golf is helpful, but not necessary. Skills and Attributes
