Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and hardworking Golf Course Groundskeeper to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the overall appearance, playability, and health of the golf course. From tee boxes to greens, your attention to detail and pride in your work will help ensure an exceptional experience for our members and guests. Duties Perform daily golf course maintenance including mowing greens, tees, fairways, and roughs Trim, edge, and maintain bunkers, cart paths, and surrounding landscape areas Operate and maintain golf course equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and utility vehicles Assist with irrigation systems, including monitoring, adjusting, and troubleshooting as needed Support turf health through fertilizing, aeration, topdressing, and overseeding practices Rake and maintain sand bunkers to ensure proper playability Set up the course daily, including moving tee markers, changing cup locations, and maintaining flags Assist with general grounds upkeep including debris removal, drainage maintenance, and landscaping projects Clean, inspect, and perform basic maintenance on equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation Qualifications Previous experience in golf course maintenance, landscaping, or turf care is preferred but not required — training will be provided Basic knowledge of turfgrass management and irrigation systems is a plus Ability to safely operate hand tools and power equipment Strong work ethic with the ability to work early mornings, weekends, and in varying weather conditions Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high-quality course conditions Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Valid driver’s license preferred Why Join Our Team Join a team that takes pride in delivering a premier golf experience.
