Pro Shop/Court Sport Maintenance

Wellen Park, located in North Port, FL, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Pro Shop/Court Sport Maintenance We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. Summary:

We are looking for an energetic, reliable, and customer-friendly team member to join our court sports team in a part-time role, possibly becoming full-time in season. This position combines tennis pro shop responsibilities with outdoor court operations and maintenance duties to help create a welcoming and well-maintained environment for our members and guests. Schedule:

Saturdays and Sundays (8 hours total). Approximately 3 weekday mornings from 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM. Around 20–25 hours per week total.

Key Responsibilities:

Open and operate the tennis pro shopAssist members and guests with check-ins, merchandise, and general questionsPerform court maintenance and daily court upkeepAssist with outdoor court duties and setupKeep court areas clean, organized, and presentableSupport Court Sports events, activities, and programming as neededQualifications:

Friendly and professional attitudeAbility to work outdoors in varying weather conditionsStrong customer service and communication skillsDependable, punctual, and team-orientedCourt Sports knowledge is a plus but not requiredMust be able to lift 50 poundsBenefits & Other Compensation:
