PM Food and Beverage Manager

Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Food and Beverage Manager to lead our dynamic beverage and hospitality teams. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of food service operations, ensuring exceptional quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. Your leadership will drive the success of our food production, catering, bar and restaurant, and hospitality services, creating memorable experiences for our guests. Responsibilities

Oversee nightly food and beverage operations across multiple service areas, including bar, restaurants, catering, banquets, and hospitality events Manage food production processes, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation in accordance with safety standards Supervise kitchen staff and food service teams to maintain efficient workflow and exceptional customer service Develop and implement menus that align with brand standards while accommodating dietary restrictions and guest preferences Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations, sanitation protocols, and health codes Oversee and help close the bar with the on-shift bartender. Coordinate shift schedules, monitor inventory levels, and oversee procurement of supplies to optimize cost control Lead staff training initiatives on food handling, culinary techniques, customer service excellence, and safety procedures

Skills

Proven management skills with a strong background in food service management and restaurant operations Supervising experience in a fast-paced environment with a focus on team leadership and staff development Deep knowledge of kitchen management practices including food safety standards and dietary considerations Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle guest inquiries professionally and courteously Strong organizational skills for shift management, inventory control, and operational planning Familiarity with culinary techniques across various cuisines; experience in catering or banquet settings is a plus Leadership qualities that motivate teams to deliver consistent quality and efficiency Knowledge of the food industry trends, including dietary accommodations such as vegetarian or gluten-free options
