Responsibilities
Maintain the overall appearance of the golf course by mowing fairways, greens, and roughs using power tools and lawn care equipment
Assist with irrigation system operation, troubleshooting, and repairs to ensure optimal watering schedules
Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as planting, trimming, fertilizing, and mulching to enhance course aesthetics
Use hand tools and gardening equipment to manage flower beds, trees, shrubs, and other landscaped areas
Conduct routine inspections of the course for hazards or damage, reporting issues promptly for repair or adjustment
Support general maintenance activities including cleaning equipment, repairing minor damages, and preparing tools for daily use
Follow safety protocols when operating power tools and handling landscaping chemicals or fertilizers
Requirements
Prior experience or knowledge in landscaping, horticulture, or groundskeeping is preferred but not required; training will be provided
Ability to operate lawn mowers, trimmers, hand tools, power tools, and irrigation systems safely and effectively
Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to landscape maintenance and turf health
Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, lift heavy objects, and perform outdoor work in various weather conditions
Basic understanding of gardening practices such as watering schedules, fertilization, pruning, and pest control
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward collaborative work environments
Willingness to learn new skills related to golf course maintenance and landscape care
